The story begins on a beach

Our story begins overlooking the Mediterranean. For 35 years, our founder ran his restaurant on this legendary beach. He witnessed thousands of precious moments: families sharing lunch with their feet in the sand, friends gathering to raise a glass overlooking the ocean, couples watching the sunset.

It's this authenticity, these simple pleasures that inspired us. We wanted to capture the essence of Pampelonne in our biscuits.

From sand to shortbread

And then there was Pampelonne itself. Not just the beach, but the atmosphere of this place. That special sand, fine and golden, that slips everywhere after a day at the beach. The air that smells of the open sea and pine trees. That Mediterranean way of life that you find nowhere else.

It was from this inspiration that our signature biscuit was born: Sablés de Pampelonne. The name is no accident. From fine sand to melting shortbread, it's a short step that we took with the desire to capture the spirit of this place.

The Birth of our Shortbread

Inspired by this way of being, simplicity and authenticity, we have followed this way of life, our cookies are made with the best, freshest and most natural ingredients. No preservatives or artificial additives.

Our shortbreads have that special texture that melts on the tongue. We make them the old-fashioned way, with good butter and that crumbly texture that shortbread should have. Nothing complicated, just the kind of cookie that brings to mind the sea air and quiet afternoons.
